Supplier Terms & Responsibilities

1. Supplier Requirements

Suppliers must:

  • Provide accurate experience details

  • Maintain proper licensing and insurance

  • Ensure guest safety at all times

  • Respond promptly to traveller messages


2. Commission & Payments

Book Africa charges a marketplace commission. Payouts are processed via Stripe.


3. Cancellations

Suppliers must notify Book Africa and travellers of cancellations immediately.


4. Conduct

Suppliers agree to operate ethically, responsibly, and respectfully.
