1. Standard Refund Policy

Most experiences allow:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start

  • Non-refundable within 24 hours of start time

2. Weather & Safety

If a supplier cancels due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Safety risks

  • Operational issues


Travellers may choose:

  • A free reschedule, or

  • A full refund


3. No-Shows

Guests who do not attend at the scheduled time are not eligible for refunds.

4. Supplier Cancellations

If a supplier cancels for internal reasons, travellers automatically receive a refund.
