1. About Book Africa

Book Africa is a marketplace that connects travellers with independent experience providers across Africa. We do not operate the tours — each experience is delivered by a verified third-party host.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the platform responsibly and not engage in any activity that disrupts, damages, or misuses our services.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are processed securely using Stripe. Prices, availability, and descriptions are displayed on each experience page. Confirmation emails serve as proof of booking.

4. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers agree to:

• Provide accurate booking information

• Arrive on time to experiences

• Respect local customs, laws, and community standards

5. Supplier Responsibilities

Suppliers are responsible for:

• Delivering the experience as described

• Meeting safety, licensing, and operational requirements

• Communicating changes promptly

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Liability

Book Africa is not liable for:

• Injuries, delays, or issues caused by suppliers

• Loss or damage to personal property

• Unforeseen events such as weather or transport disruptions

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when necessary. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updates.
